Stafford Armstead
A creative visionary that inspires others to achieve their goals and dreams. Working alongside leaders supporting them to articulate their vision. Through his studies in marketing and his education at NYU coupled with his adobe premiere certification. He has a strong skill set to enhance client’s projects.
As a socially conscious visionary, that is the director/producer of the Your Life Your Destiny workforce media series. He is using the camera as a catalyst to share his expertise from VPM/PBS to empower youth to achieve their dreams. He has worked with several organizations such as Boys & Girls Club, CAPUP (Capital Area Partnership Uplifting People), parks & recreation, CodeRVA and YMCA.
Stafford, with his wife Nichole, developed Create One Inc., which is home to C.It marketing/media and your life your destiny life workforce project for youth.
Nichole Armstead
Always excited to utilize her talents to help others move forward in their journey – whether they are an individual or organization. This is done through many platforms from her experience as a motivational speaker and wellness coach, to her role as a public servant and certified project manager. Nichole has a degree in mass communications and certification in project management.
A strategic insightful leader with over two decades of experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and managing initiatives for capital area government. Experience in leadership, project management, marketing, event planning, fundraising, and public speaking. Nichole works directly with her husband at Create One, Inc. They are a dynamic team with a wealth of skills-sets providing significant solutions.
